Eucalyptus oil is obtained from fresh leaves of the tall, evergreen eucalyptus tree. Eucalyptus oil is extracted from the leaves using a chemical-free, double-distillation process to ensure the highest level of purity. The oil gives off a strong woody and sweet scent. Eucalyptus oil has well-known benefits for aromatherapy, skincare and health and is one of the most popular aromatherapy oils. It is often a key ingredient in perfumes and cosmetics because of its unique, fresh and clean aroma.

How To Use Guapha Eucalyptus Oil :

In Cold & Cough

For a soothing home remedy, simply add a few drops of eucalyptus oil to a bowl of hot water and breathe in the steam.

Also, add a few drops of Eucalyptus oil in about 1 tablespoon of carrier oil, and apply on the chest and throat for relief.

In Aromatherapy

To use this as an inhalant, one could add a few drops of the oil to a massive bowl of steaming water or an electric vaporizer. Inhaling the vapours of this mixture could give relief from colds, and provide relief from any headache as well as stress. Spray the oil’s diluted form around the washroom and on the walls before having a steamy bath. The lingering aroma helps in stress bursting.

In Skin Care & Muscular Pain
  • For Skincare

Mix 2-4 drops of eucalyptus oil with one teaspoon of clear, pure aloe vera gel. Next, transfer it into a two-ounce spray bottle that is filled with purified water. Spray on affected areas.

  • For joint pain

Mix one or two drops of the Eucalyptus oil along with a carrier oil like Coconut oil or Argan oil. Rub this solution thoroughly on the painful areas in a circular motion.

Always Perform a Skin Allergy test first :

To do an allergy test:

  • Dilute the essential oil in a carrier oil at twice the concentration you plan to use
  • Rub the mixture into an area the size of a quarter on the inside of the forearm
