Return & Refund Policy

Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–10 working days if the cancellation is done before shipping the product. If the order is dispatched – the consumer is liable for only 50% of the order value as refund. The remaining 50% will be levied as cancellation fee.

There is no return policy. In case of consumer unavailability at the given address or OTP not verified, a refund will be processed after deducting ₹200/- or the full order value – whichever is higher, once the product is returned in a safe and secured manner.

If there is a quality issue, expired product, packaging defect, damage, or if a wrong product is delivered, please email or call our customer care team with the following:

Kindly raise the concern within 24 hours of delivery. Complaints made after 24 hours of receiving the order will not be entertained.

If your concern is found genuine, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Do not send returns without receiving this label and instructions — such returns will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, it will undergo inspection. If validated, we will issue a coupon code equivalent to the product amount. You can redeem this coupon on our website. No cash refunds will be issued.

If you receive an SMS/email stating your order is delivered but it hasn't been received, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll investigate and resolve the matter.
